Coconut Oil is amazing.
It comes packed with many benefits for not only for your hair, but your skin and your health too. My hair has always been excessively dry and alongside using hair styling tools and colouring my hair a few times over the years, you could already assume that the condition of my hair was going downhill.
Some of the benefits of using coconut oil on your hair:
1) Penetrates the inner part of the hair (cortex) to improve hair strength and flexibility
2) Ideal for dry, damaged hair and hair that is subject to hair loss
3) Great for hair growth
4) Protects your hair from heat damage
5) Adds a glossy shine to hair
6) Smoothens hair and conditions
7) Great for dry scalps
8) The luxurious fragrance of coconut

I always oil my hair the night before I am going to be washing it or a couple of hours before just so that it can settle into my hair and do it;s magic :-). This hair oil brings the best out of my hair. Since I've started using it my hair feels soft, light, looks healthy and plus it smells so good (coconutilicious!)
It's a high performance multi use oil, which can be used:
- Before Washing: Pre-nourishes hair for added suppleness
- Before Styling: Helps protect against heat damage
- Between Washes: A perfecting finishing touch with a shine boost
- Anytime: It leaves hair smelling so good

I love the idea of hair milk and it always makes me think of super soft and gorgeous hair which is why I went looking for this.
This hair milk is designed to penetrate hair deeply and is ideal for damaged hair whilst leaving the hair with a glossy shine and smelling luxuriously of coconut. It's a liquid structure formula which feels very wet when you apply it on dry hair however it absorbs easily for super moisture. If your hair suffers from frizz then you need hair milk, it smooths away any frizzy hair and fly aways.
I use this product also before washing my hair even though it should be used after washing on damp or dry hair, however from experience it also works before washes but to maximise the effects of this hair milk it should be used after washes. If your not washing your hair after using this then only use a pea sized amount otherwise it gives that greasy hair look (yikes!).

I love the Ojon oil but the Garnier one sounds like a more pocket friendly alternative! x
