The company that is well known for it's popular dry
shampoos, Batiste took to twitter to give away several of their SOS packs last
week. We all caught a glimpse of the lucky winners tweeting their pictures of
their SOS pack...and YES, I too was lucky enough to get my hands on one.
Monday can only get better with a Batiste SOS pack
filled with not only just hair products but with healthy bites and even a bit
of makeup! Most of the SOS packs pictures tweeted that I have seen so far
contained the same products, here's what Batiste gave away to brighten our
Monday's:
Batiste Dry Shampoo
Of course, a Batiste SOS pack is nothing without one
of their signature dry shampoos. Something that every girl needs at least one
in hand just in case hair needs a little refreshment. The Batiste Dry Shampoo
is the only dry shampoo that I swear by. My hair is quite thick and Batiste
works really well in minimizing any oil without having to use too
much of it. Even though it does leave white patches on hair which is not
something that bothers me that much as I brush it out anyway or just have to
spray it from further away.
Batiste Dry Conditioner
TBH I would never ever consider buying leave in
conditioners or conditioning mist and have always considered them to hokum,
however I have been so wrong...their actually not so bad! The Batiste Dry Feel
Conditioning Mist with Argan Oil has now converted me. It smells so good and a
couple of sprays of this on my incredibly dry hair made my hair instantly feel
super smooth and nourished. I am definitely going to be buying
loads more!
Batiste Dry Styling XXL Plumping Powder
The classic XXL plumping powder has always been one of
my favorite instant hair volumising products to use. Even with
thick hair my hair still falls very flat and the plumping powder always does a
great job on putting life and volume back into the hair. It's always a winner.
Batiste Mirror
Batiste have even chucked in a little mirror in the
pack which is the perfect size for your handbag however the
mirror unfortunately does not have a case or cover. I'm not sure
about everyone else but I don't know what happens inside my bag but I am 100%
sure that the mirror will have loads of marks on it in no time.
St.Moriz Instant Self Tanning Mousse
I have never used any tanning products ever just
because I am already quite brown however I am going to give this a mousse a try
just for the fun and because I have never ever gotten a tan before in
my whole entire life and it might be nice to know what my skin would look like
if I ever did.
Denman Classic Styling Brush
It's a good old Denman styling brush. I have so many
Denman hair brushes at home and their one of my favorites after my
Tresemme brush. The Denman Classic Styling Brush is a lightweight brush
with excellent grip and ideal for smoothing, shaping and styling hair.
Code VLM Mascara
One of the products that I had not heard of till this
SOS pack but I am really excited in trying is the Code VLM mascara which
promises to lengthen and maximize your eyelashes. I have seen so many
reviews and pictures and it looks like a really good mascara, kinda
reminds of the YouUnique mascara which we all have seen at least once somewhere
alongside one of our social media channels.
Kallo Fruity Muesli & Yoghurt Breakfast Thins
I always have breakfast bars handy in my bag as I
never have time to eat a proper breakfast in the morning so this is not only
handy but really tasty. These breakfast thins only contain 66 calories per rice
cake thin and are vegetarian healthy. They also have these in Belgian
chocolate...something I really would like to get my hands on.
Little Miracles Organic Energy
An organic fusion fruit juice packed with ingredients
such as green tea, ginseng, pomegranate, acai and sweetened with agave. The
colour of the juice does not look really appealing to me as it looks quite like
mucky green water :-/ but don't be put off as it actually does not taste bad at
all. If you really like green tea then this is the equivalent to a cold green
tea just not as strong. I quite liked the taste and I think it's a nice little
sugar fix especially if your someone like me who has had such a huge daily
intake of coke and who is now trying to stay away from it.
Batiste even give you something to really smile about
with white teeth. Yes, they've thrown in a Truly Radiant Whitening and Enamel
Strengthening toothpaste. I have used a lot of teeth whiteners over the years
mainly pearl drops has always been my favorite but not very good for my teeth
but great to achieve instant whiteness. I'm not too sure about this toothpaste
as my teeth is quite sensitive now and it contains ingredients such as peroxide
which is one ingredient I promised I would never let come near my teeth again.
What a great package. I am so jealous ;). I love batiste so much and have by now converted half my relatives and my husband to it. I even bought 4 big cans when i travelled to the UK because it was cheaper there and brought it back to Belgium. I never tried the plumming powder though. It is not available as far as i know in Belgium. Really curious to try that out when i can get my hands on it.
